1- TYPES OF ORDERS
A - ORDERS AVAILABLE IN OUR INVENTORY.
In the event that our requested models are in stock, they will be sent as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation from us, in which you will be informed of the total number of models available to be sent, the total amount of the order, the amount of the shipping costs, the delivery date and the method of payment. This confirmation will be valid. 8 business days.
B - ORDERING OF PARTS NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR INVENTORY.
In case they are not available, and because we cannot produce a single piece, they must adhere to the following conditions:
In the case of the earrings, the posts, rings and cons (backs) are made of silver; as well as the clasps of the bracelets and necklaces. As for the clips for earrings, brooches for pins and dumbbell systems, they are made of steel or nickel silver, in case these pieces are required in silver, they will have an additional cost.
1. A - Minimum order amounts: $ 4,000.00 pesos for national clients and $ 1000 USD for export clients.
2 - DELIVERY DATE
We establish a period of 4 to 6 weeks from when we receive the receipt of the total payment of the order or at least 50% in advance, depending on the payment conditions that have been made known to you in advance and / or from the confirmation of the proforma. In the event of advance payment, the moment we have the complete order ready for shipment, the respective information will be sent to you: invoice, bill of lading number and the balance to be paid. In order for it to be shipped, we need proof of payment corresponding to the balance.
3 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All shipments are normally made via U.P.S., DHL or FEDEX etc., to your home address. The taxes that are generated at the destination address will be paid by the client. Freight costs will also be your charge. In the event that you have an account with one of the courier companies, please provide us with its number as well as an authorization letter for its use, otherwise, the charges will be added to the invoice.
1.A– For export sales your TAX ID is required.
4 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS
* The prices published on this page are wholesale and include VAT. VAT does not apply to exports.
* All our prices are F.O.B. Taxco.
* Payments can be made by bank transfers, window deposits, Paypal or Clip.
* When making your payment, you must send us the official receipt, via email.
